Jay Swaminarayan! Wow – what an incredible past 5 months. I have been blessed with staying here. I don’t think it is possible to even adequately express my gratitude in words. This has been an experience I will forever hold so closely to my heart, this surely is such an amazing organization and campus. Even though my father is Indian and I am Hindu, this is the first time I have traveled to India, and I could not have asked for a better introduction to such a beautiful country. Every member of the staff has gone above and beyond; everyone is so kind and so welcoming, it was so easy to feel right at home at Gokuldham Nar. I am so appreciate for every person here, as they took such good care of me and took all measures to ensure my safety and wellbeing. I had the honor and privilege of teaching both English and science, mainly to the 50 wonderful boys from Manipur, as well as in the main school, and I was able to shadow the superb physicians at the hospital at your door service in the afternoons.

Every moment exceeded my expectations as I was able to form such deep and emotional bonds with the students, and learn so much from the medical staff. The cultural exchange is something I will value forever, and I was lucky enough to be here for the celebration of so many festivals and events that I will always remember. The students here are truly something special, every single one with such a bright and beautiful future – their curiously and capabilities inspired and motivated me every day. I will miss everyone so very clearly and I cannot wait for the day I can return to the Gokuldham Nar family once again.
Thank you all so much for everything, Jaya…..
