Food on Campus

Religion, language and food; these are at the core of every region’s culture. Food not only provides sustenance and nutrition, but also expresses and celebrates our cultural identity.
Our pure vegetarian menu is carefully selected by a professional nutritionist, ensuring the highest balance is achieved in quality, taste and calorific content for all students. The emphasis is always to provide food that promotes healthy living and healthy eating habits.
Dining Facilities:
The dining hall at Gokuldham is spacious and serves the needs of the students, staff, devotees and visitors daily. The impressive hall comfortably serves over 700 students simultaneously and is regularly used to serve countless visitors during events and ceremonies.
Food Preparation:
Fresh and nutritious ingredients are purchased from local markets daily. Our holy men then prepare all the food, which is always offered to the Gods first. The Campus never serves premade or processed foods. In addition to traditional Gujarati foods, our menu also includes a large variety of delicious North Indian and South Indian varieties, such as Dosa, Pani Puri, Manchurian, Noodles, Idly, Upma, Pulao etc. Bakery items regularly include delicacies such as tasty Pizzas, Burgers, Dabeli, Sandwiches, Pav Bhaji etc.
Catering / Baking Facilities:
Our Kitchen facilities and the Gokuldham Bakery are equipped with the latest in equipment and electrical appliances. Food is prepared under strict hygienic conditions by trained cooks for everyone on the campus and for those receiving our food delivery (tiffin) services at local hospitals and in their homes.
